During the past twenty-five years, Black Oak Golf Course has been transformed from a diamond in the rough to the jewel in the crown of nine holes golf courses in Northern California and the Auburn, CA golf community.

Considerable improvements have been carried out on the course since its architect John Walker designed the course over twenty-five years ago. Not least of all, the removal of intrusive rocks, the introduction of concrete paths, and the building of the driving range.
